Current Work Experience

Responsible for developing strategies that ensure we are successfully represented in a variety of recruitment venues yielding a flow of future employees at all levels. Chiefly responsible for driving employee acquisition and brand awareness by managing online marketing, direct marketing and content strategies through external websites, social media, and other interactive channels, as well as traditional sources.

Key projects:

  • Currently in pre-release phase of launching the new Live the Adventure website, a full-service website complete with it's own social network, community forum and events registration components.
  • Delivered high quality promotional motion graphics videos, banners, handouts and entire presentation booth for use on student campus' job fairs for recruitment purposes.
  • Regularly facilitate traning seminars for managers on various technology related topics.
  • Converted property paper forms to interactive e-forms with digital signatures reducing paper consumption and increasing office workflow speed and efficiency.
  • Developed a 360 degree virtual tour of the property with embedded audio, video and other interactive functionality.
  • Liaised with our corporate team and worked closely with third party developers to create, pilot and integrate a new TMS/ATS (Talent Management / Applicant Tracking System) to be used corporation-wide across the brand.
  • Enhanced end users' understanding of our new TMS/ATS by conducting pre-implementation workshops, delivering group and individual training sessions and creating user-friendly training materials.
  • Led the organization in development of talent acquisition strategies to effectively create deep talent pools.
  • Defined, created and run multiple pay-per-click advertising campaigns through various online services.
  • Continually looking for innovative media ideas, approaches and initiatives and be the subject matter expert on both new and traditional media trends.
  • Defined the recruitment brand image, including website presence, newspaper advertisement, and other innovative and cost effective venues including Social Media.
  • Research and understand competition, develop marketing tactics that are ahead of the curve.
  • Produce promotional material that defines and supports the brand, including print, web and video.
  • Effective communication within all departments to ensure recruitment forecasts are accurate and each department understands the initiatives that are future focused, performed to fill their needs.
